# Accès pour des tiers

Avec l'autorisation **« Entraînement pour le cours (T) »**, tu peux donner à des tiers un aperçu des mandats pratiques, des cours interentreprises et des interventions.

Enregistrer l'utilisateur

Enregistre l'utilisateur sous **« Données permanentes »** puis **« Formateurs »** et attribue-lui l'autorisation **« Entraînement pour le cours (T) ».**

Saisir le domaine de travail

Sous **« Formation »** puis **« Domaines de travail »**, un nouveau domaine de travail de type **« Date cours »** est créé et l'utilisateur est désigné comme responsable.

Créer des interventions

Les affectations permettent d'attribuer les nouveaux utilisateurs aux apprenants. La planification collective permet d'effectuer cette opération simultanément pour plusieurs apprenants.

Sélectionne **« Cours »** comme type d'intervention.

La durée totale de l'apprentissage peut également être choisie comme durée d'intervention.

Les utilisateurs avec l'authorisation "Entraînement pour le cours (T)" ont uniquement accès à la documentation des apprenants, et non à l'évaluation des formateurs professionnels. Ils ne peuvent pas modifier les données.
